I was delighted to repeat my Panama talk to the lovely Chilean customers of global bakery ingredients company, Puratos.
Puratos is one of the largest companies you probably haven’t heard of, unless you’re in the business of buying bakery, patisserie or chocolate-making ingredients by the truck-full.
At € 3.6 bn turnover, they’re bigger than Burberry. And still family owned.
